Job Summary:
The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) serves as the organization’s connector between strategy and execution. We accomplish this by organizing and leading large projects designed to help IGS achieve its strategic goals and help ensure the right people are doing the right thing at the right time. This is a highly visible team and a high-impact role. As an OSM Project Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to support large strategic initiatives, get involved with executive-facing reporting and communications, and discover a unique perspective for how organizations accomplish big goals. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the management of strategic projects and supporting internal team operations, all while learning and growing your understanding of the energy industry.
Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of multiple small to medium scale projects across all phases from scoping to implementation and roll out.

Support the strategy, programs, projects, and operations of the Office of Strategy Management.

Develop and/or maintain detailed project plans to capture scope, costs and schedule.

Create project documentation including presentations, meeting records, key business reports for leadership, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Coordinate and manage internal OSM meetings and external meetings with stakeholders based on project scope/need.

Attend internal and external meetings as needed; may include owning the agenda, deck creation, notes, action items, and follow up notes/communications as needed.

Support the OSM by working within the Platform Project Management tool to enter data, pull reports, create dashboards, analyze trends in the data, and ensure data integrity.

Maintain shared knowledge bases to keep the team organized and efficient.

Support the department with industry trends, analysis, and best practices.

Support the execution of strategic and operational plans, to include executive deliverables and recommendations.

Minimum Education and Experience:

BA/BS in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field; or supplemental experience

Experience leading and managing projects in a collaborative setting a plus.

Salary Range:
$58,820.00 - $94,110.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
