As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll be a strategic partner to our GTM (Go-To-Market) and Marketing leadership, driving impactful projects that directly contribute to revenue expansion. You'll be the architect of operational excellence, translating data insights into actionable strategies and optimizing our sales and marketing processes for maximum efficiency.
What You'll Do:

Data-Driven Insights & Forecasting:

Develop and maintain robust reporting and forecasting models, leveraging tools like Salesforce to provide actionable insights into GTM and Marketing performance.

Proactively identify data gaps, implement tracking solutions, and ensure data integrity to support accurate decision-making.

Analyze trends and market data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Sales Process Optimization:

Conduct in-depth analysis of sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

Design and implement streamlined sales workflows, leveraging automation through the Make platform and CRM tools.

Ensure seamless adoption of new processes and tools through effective training and communication.

Continuously identify areas to increase efficiency in the current processes related to GTM

Cross-Functional Project Leadership:

Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects involving Sales, Customer Success, Partner Management, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams.

Drive project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results.

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Strategic Planning & Analysis:

Contribute to the development of annual strategic plans, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine sales strategies and playbooks.

AI & Automation Integration:

Leverage AI-powered tools for sales forecasting, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.

Utilize the Make platform to automate internal processes, driving efficiency and freeing up time for strategic initiatives.

Automate reports using the Make platform

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement:

Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across GTM teams.

Conduct regular feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Deploy brand new dashboards to the sales and marketing team.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS company or management consulting environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar strategic role.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools like Looker (or other relevant tools).
- Experience utilizing automation tools, and ideally experience with the Make platform.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
