We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, eager-to-learn interns to join our EdelmanNEXT program. If you have a passion for Strategy and Communications (or want to find out what it’s all about), have a curious mind, with a can-do attitude, join us!
This position will support our Strategy and other business teams on integrated communications projects and retainers,which require a mix ofindustry/market research, audience insights, competitive analysis, strategic planning, and well-rounded communications skills.
This program is a full-time, 6-month internship (Jan to Jun 2025), and features a well-rounded curriculum where you will:
- Gain exposure to different types of clients and marketing communications work.
- Learn how integrated communications creates value for brands.
- Get hands-on experience in editorial and creative content development – for earned media, owned channels and social media – as well as participate in brainstorm/ideation sessions
- Understand various research tools available and actively use them to offer insights for better, more data-driven work and strategy
- Support in qualitative research such as focus group discussions and interviews
- Manage physical and virtual client events.
- Witness how data and intelligence can drive omni-channel communications.
- Have a dedicated coach that can help you get the most out of your internship experience.
- Meet passionate communicators who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most brilliant talents, work on well-known client accounts, learn the ropes of the communications world, and acquire new skills and connections that will be useful as you step into your professional life, including:
- Media analysis, pitching and monitoring.
- Content development.
- Client servicing support.
- Event management and coordination.
- Research for client briefs/new business pitches.
