We are looking for a Strategist/Designer to join our growing sales strategy team. This role is responsible for developing proposals, reports, and digital media plans for some of the world’s biggest and best-known advertisers. Our strategy team works closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations to architect leading-edge programs that will reach millions of people across devices. The right person is an outstanding designer who wants to be much more than a pair of hands. This job requires smarts, high-level strategic thinking, and a deep passion for digital media.

Responsibilities include

  • Lead pre-sales support with creation of proposals, customized client communication and additional sales materials
  • Collaborate with sales team for proposal generation, sales strategy, and pitch language
  • Coordinate with ad ops team to launch campaigns
  • Project manage big picture proposals and projects, overseeing the process from start to finish
  • Serve as a liaison to marketing, assist marketing with designing custom materials on an as-needed basis 
  • Develop and design campaign materials such as promotional graphics, display banners, end cards, and rich media experiences
  • Mentor and develop our team of coordinators

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Expert-level Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills 
  • Mastery of PowerPoint
  • Excellent design and layout sense
  • Strong professional writing skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office two days per week.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000, plus incentive pay
