Job Description:
As a Strategic Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through new business acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, highly motivated to work remotely, and adept at leveraging modern sales technologies to organize their daily schedule. You will focus on researching, cold calling, and developing new clients, ensuring that our solutions are introduced to organizations that need them most. You should be prepared to take the initiative, work independently, and contribute to our company’s success by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo sales by identifying and acquiring new clients to grow market share.
- Conduct market research, cold calling, and proactive outreach to discover new business opportunities.
- Utilize sales technologies such as Outreach, Apollo, and Salesforce to manage outreach, track leads, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls, handle follow-up communication, and manage the end-to-end sales process, including coordinating with a sales engineer to enhance the likelihood of closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize customer value throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in cold calling and generating new leads.
- Strong motivation to work independently and manage a remote sales role effectively.
- Ability to quickly ramp up, take initiative, and proactively search for new business opportunities.
- Experience working within the courts or criminal justice sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate with a sales engineer during technical aspects of the sales process.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel for industry events and client meetings when required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
