The role and its impact on Verisure Technology

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support business processes and projects, ensuring that features reflect business needs and align with IT. This position bridges between business areas and IT by facilitating communication, managing demand, ensuring alignment and prioritization, overseeing the project portfolio, and supporting technology process milestones into production.

Job purpose

Main Responsibilities 📋

• Maintain close relationships with business areas to understand their processes and needs.
• Ensure effective communication between business areas and IT, directing all business requests to the appropriate IT department.
• Track and monitor demand, business requests, and project statuses.
• Ensure the availability of project plans and coordinate their definition across all involved areas.
• Conduct financial follow-ups, contributing to and controlling costs and load estimates.
• Develop and set up project development plans.
• Manage project synchronization points, ensure consistency between teams, and resolve conflicts.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies to assess them.
• Proactively take actions to anticipate, avoid, and resolve deviations from the project plan.

Required Qualifications✅

• Preferred related STEM career.
• Experienced in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• English C1 level.
