Job Description
The ServiceNow Global Industries & Strategic Growth organization is focused on helping our most strategic and industry-leading global customers grow and succeed with ServiceNow. The growth of these customers is critical for ServiceNow's path to $20B+ & we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the Hyperscalers sales GTM motion. As a Project Manager for Hyperscalers, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards for strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time & within scope and reporting on status & results to senior leadership.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the Hyperscalers team. You will work closely with senior leadership to align on project goals with the organization's strategic objectives, provide guidance and support to project managers and cross functional teams while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
This position demands a strategic thinker who take a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment while tackling ambiguity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the planning, execution & completion of strategic project across the Hyperscaler GTM organization while establishing and maintaining the standards and best practices for delivering successful projects on time & within budget
- Close collaboration across business stakeholders reporting on project status to senior leadership, outlining business goals + objectives including sales analysis + business impact metrics
- Provide guidance & support to cross functional teams on strategic initiatives in an impactful way while identifying and implementing processes for improvements and enhancing project delivery
- Support the adoption of project management tools and technologies while maintaining a repository of project documentation & continuous management of updates across materials delivered to the business
- Foster a culture of cross functional alignment & continuous improvement across the Hyperscaler GTM business ensuring alignment of project goals with organizational objectives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration or other related field
- PMP or equivalent of project management certification & minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, team management & interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management software and tools

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $102,900 - $169,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
