Job Responsibilities and Requirements

General Partner Support

  • Serve as partner point of contact for escalated case-level questions and concerns: Communicate with Partner to provide exceptional service and coordinate with Sales and Account. Management to determine best path forward to resolve issues.

  • Support and own the current process of approving a new General Agent, serving as Subject matter Expert.

  • Manage contract agreement storage and approved strategic partnerships documentation (Highspot & Onenote).

  • Support Growth and Development of our Strategic Partnership through sales awareness, marketing campaigns and implementation of improved processes.
     

Reporting

  • Create and enhance our reporting metrics including production, submitted and quote data.

  • Serve as key stakeholder representing our team to manage the data migration from old systems to new ones ensuring our teams reporting and data needs are meet (OAC/Datamart/ETC) in future state.

  • As needed provide ad hoc requests for our partners including new business, production, quotes and persistency.

  • Responsible for timely distribution of external National Broker reporting monthly, including but not limited to enhanced production, submitted and quote activity.

  • Create various stewardships decks and analysis of key partners

  • Pull data and provide updates internally for Senior Leadership on Strategic Partners (presentations).

  • Provide and create updates for Tokio Marine as needed on distribution results.

  • Create presentations/content for various internal sales meetings/conferences during the year.

  • Help draft General Agency stewardship presentation material and support national broker stewardship meetings from a data perspective.
     

National Broker Bonus Administration & Compensation

  • Support and own the GA block take over admin process serving as the SME.

  • Pull data and perform analysis on the effectiveness of the GA Block Take over strategy.

  • Pull data and track results for the annual non standard broker bonus program for a several partners working closely with the commissions team.
     

Other duties

  • Help create and manage our rating platform proposal process creating better efficiencies with ThreeFlow.

  • Support on alternative distribution channel implementation projects, as needed.

  • Support Strategic Partnership team on ad hoc data requests, training needs and various projects.

  • Coordinate the RFI process internally for new national brokers, COE’s and key partnerships working closely with all departments to ensure our response is complete, accurate, engaging and on time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline-oriented environment preferably at an insurance carrier or broker.

  • Experience working on a strategic partnership team and/or business development. 

  • Understands the lifecycle of a case administratively.

  • Understands various commission, overrides, and bonus programs is a plus.

  • Highly competent user of core MS Office applications (Word, Excel. PowerPoint) and Salesforce

    • Comfortable managing large amounts of data and creating insightful analysis.

  • A deadline/results orientation and extraordinary attention to detail

  • Ability to understand and articulate the Reliance Matrix value proposition.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Independent thinking and willingness to voice new perspectives and ideas.

  • Dynamic ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.

Ability to Travel: Up to 10%


 

The expected hiring range for this position is $85,500.00 - $114,140.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.


Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
