Strategic Media Manager OHC/VMS

About the role

The purpose of this role is to design and oversee the strategic direction of the OHC/VMS Haleon business by enhancing media effectiveness through implementing critical communication insights and improving internal collaboration with CBIA, D-Comm, Expert, BU/LOCs Marketing Teams and external partners. This role must secure the synergy of media, creative, e-commerce, Expert (Advocacy) and retail activities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support BU Marketing Managers with in-depth media knowledge and experience across CEE markets

  • Serve as a SPOC regarding all the media and communication requests and projects centred around OHC/VMS brands in CEE for functional teams as well as marketing teams in LOCs, BU, Global and external Partners

  • Run all strategic and tactical communication projects i.e. MAP-3, RGM and design “fit-for-purpose” ad hoc strategic projects  

  • Responsible for driving T&L agenda, innovations and sharing knowledge across all OHC/VMS teams in CEE

  • Translating Global Projects to CEE specificity and responsibility for their effective implementation

Why you?

Minimum Required qualification:

  • Min 10-years’ business experience working within media, marketing and/or advertising roles, ideally working in a regional role managing media, measurement, or communications projects in the similar industry

  • Deep understanding of the media industry, including trends, platforms, and consumer behaviour

  • Strong grasp of the commercial environment, including budgeting, ROI optimization, and market dynamics, along with the ability to analyse competitors' products and services

  • Proven skills to manage high degree of complexity and teams in a changing environment

  • Results driven, resilience, problem solving and decision making

  • Fluent English and Polish language skills

  • Role modelling Haleon’s values
