In this role, you will support marketing campaigns and daily operations by managing tasks that ensure smooth lead flow, privacy compliance, and strong data quality.
About the Team
The Rapid7 Marketing Operations drives the engine that makes marketing run. The Marketing Operations team is a strategic center of excellence within the Marketing organization, overseeing the marketing technology stack and managing marketing's data and metrics.
The team leads the charge in how emerging and innovative technologies can advance marketing's capabilities and scale, while also managing the day to day tool administration and processes.
About the Role
As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for lead list uploads and campaign approvals, vital tasks that ensure proper lead follow-up and enable marketing to drive pipeline through our sales teams.
In this role, you will:
- Complete regular tasks on-time, based on established SLAs, within the company's CRM system (Salesforce), as well as within the marketing automation tool (Marketo), while keeping stakeholders informed on progress.
- In Salesforce:
- Following specs provided by marketing stakeholders, set up campaigns that enable performance tracking and follow-up outreach; also properly upload lead lists provided by marketing stakeholders to requested campaigns.
- Monitor lead flow and identify issues that may be impacting accurate lead assignment.
- Resolve any issues lead assignment and escalate issues identified to the team for further trouble shooting and long term fix.
- In Marketo: review and approve email campaigns set up by marketing stakeholders, to validate list accuracy per noted specifications, campaign content is free of errors, and required leaders in the marketing organization have signed off as needed.
- Manage inbound inquiries to the privacy and info email inboxes, forwarding for follow-up, responding as appropriate, and ensuring requests have been properly resolved within SLAs.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable processes and solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
- Provide support and training to marketing teams on Marketo, SFDC and other marketing ops best practices as needed.
The skills you'll bring include:
- 1-2 years of experience using a marketing automation tool (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot) - marketing automation administration experience preferred.
- Some knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, Hubspot).
- Skilled with G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides).
- Ability to work collaboratively across geographically distributed and diverse teams.
- Curious and resourceful, possessing a passion for problem solving.
- Proven track record of effectively managing tasks on-time with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
