About the role
In Strategic Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and decision-making processes of our company. You are hungry and motivated to learn while gaining hands-on experience across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Operations (Biz Ops), and M&A. You will work closely with our entire finance team along with cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal to support critical financial decisions and analyses.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial and operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance
- Lead the preparation of financial KPIs and dashboards to build useful and insightful financial reporting from Board-level to team-level projects
- Support financial and business operations by identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Assist in evaluating potential M&A and strategic partnerships, including conducting due diligence and financial analyses
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support the finance team and company's strategic objectives
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, high growth technology company and/or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and accountability
Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $130,000 USD to $145,000 USD annually.
