About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic FP&A Manager to join our growing GTM Finance team. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance, GTM. This highly visible role will be a trusted finance partner to our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services organizations. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial planning, provide strategic insights, and influence data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in forecasting, analyzing performance, designing metrics that drive accountability, and ensuring that our GTM teams operate efficiently and effectively.

The base compensation range for this position for candidates in the SF Bay Area is: $130,000 - $194,000. For all other locations, the base compensation range is based on the primary work location of the candidate as our ranges are location specific. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset, years of experience, and depth of experience.


What you'll be doing:

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services functions
  • Partner with functional leads to develop and track operational metrics, including Marketing campaign ROI Analysis, PS delivery capacity model, margin, and utilization
  • Forecast customer retention and expansion metrics in collaboration with CS leaders
  • Own resource planning across GTM functions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and executive readouts
    Monitor and explain variances between actual results and forecasts, proactively flagging risks and opportunities
  • Initiate and drive process improvements that enable the FP&A function to scale
  • Partner closely with Accounting for month-end and quarter-end reporting, driving cross-team processes to main and improve the predictability of financial results


What we're looking for:

  • 5–8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience supporting GTM functions
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and reporting standards
  • Build excellent financial models, especially to assess potential strategic initiatives undertaken by functional leaders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with PS or CS Ops teams a plus
  • Experience with key business systems (e.g. Adaptive Planning, Netsuite, Clari, Salesforce) preferred
