- $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Strategic Finance Analyst is responsible for financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning to support key business decisions. This role requires Excel skills, a strong understanding of financial principles, and experience working with large datasets. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus, as this role will involve extracting and analyzing financial data to drive business insights
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic initiatives.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using Excel and, ideally, SQL.
- Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
- Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or corporate strategy.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
