Key point of contact for customer engagement and retention for strategic accounts in the region. The Strategic Account Consultant should have strong aptitude in understanding what is required to drive customer retention & growth .
What the strategic consultant will do:
- Onboarding & training of clients
- Drive overall customer satisfaction to expand engagement beyond the immediate users.
- Manage bug/feature request report between clients and product/engineering team.
- Be able to read the room: Possess strong situational awareness and the ability to accurately interpret and respond to the dynamics of the environment.
- Provide amazing customer support via email, phone, messaging apps.
Experience the candidate can bring:
- Must be willing to work 2-3 days in office.
- Analytical skills - Be a strategic expert in delivering regular insights valuable to the client.
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing support role (Saas support experience is a plus).
- Self-starting attitude, ability to work in a small team to collaborate and drive retention/growth and solve complex client challenges
- Strong ability to create, build and leverage relationships and effectively within an organization.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- BA/BS degree required.
