Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our value focused team. The successful candidate will conduct data analysis to identify trends, create reports, & presentations that summarize customer KPIs, best practices-stories, and intangible results during the Poka deployment process. These results will be leveraged by the sales & solutions team during business value discussions with potential customers. This position requires a mix of analytical thinking and strong communication skills as they will be working closely with multiple departments and stakeholders like Sales, Marketing, and PS/CS.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Perform data analysis on business value KPIs before, during, and after customer deployments, update average results
• Translate & categorize customer reference content (best practices & intangible results) that can be easily searched and summarized – Industry/Size
• Work with marketing & CS to verify and summarize customer stories into one page Powerpoint slides to reference in RFPs and customer engagements
• Partner with CS to identify missing KPI results that CS needs to ask the customer for and update tracking
• Verify completed business value analysis from opportunity assessments and business value engagements are being digitally captured
• Create & update internal and customer facing material leveraged during the sales-business value process
• Work closely with sales, enablement, marketing, and PS-CS

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in data review, analysis, and building presentations
• Fluent in English, with excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently & adapt to a changing environment
• Must be proficient in Google Sheets & Slides, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint building data tables, reports, and presentations
• Ability to learn basic searching and data review within Salesforce
• High level knowledge of manufacturing industry (Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive)
• Flexibility in working hours, will be interacting with multiple time zones
