This position needs a sales talent with great team spirit and the talent to lead.

Your role needs a strong value driven sales motion to develop new business and expand the footprint within our customers, who are leaders in their industry. Sustainability, Resilience and worker shortage are the hot topics they want to address. With our solutions for Digitalization and enabling the Digital Thread you support those companies to achieve their goals and staying competitive. This job is a teams sport thus you will have a skilled team from different PTC experts behind you, which is expecting your leadership, account strategy, motivation, empathy and orchestration.

Customer first mentality to ensure and expand existing business and building trustful relationships with key stakeholders across the organization is also an important aspect of the role.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Above 5 years of sales experience with successful and proven sales track record (Enterprise Software/Solutions) such as Samsung, LG, Hanwha etc.
  • Being used to actively drive strategic prospecting, account planning and account development
  • Team player with leadership attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop a broad network at clients and partners
  • Native in Korean and fluent in English
