To support our transformation and growth in Europe, we are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth across high value, multi-country customer accounts.

What you will be doing 

As Strategic Account Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring customer-focused, scalable solutions. 

 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Manage and grow key customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. 

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue across warehousing and value-added services. 

  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. 

  • Negotiate contracts and proposals while ensuring compliance with local market regulations. 

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform commercial strategies. 

  • Work closely with the regional sales team, setting goals and tracking performance. 

  • Regular travel to customer sites and Lineage locations. 

 

 

Who we’re looking for 

To be considered for this role, we need you to demonstrate: 

  • Experience in account management or business development within contract logistics/supply chain. 

  • A strong track record of driving sales growth in a B2B environment, ideally in warehousing/contract logistics. 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch. 

 

You will also have: 

  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. 

  • Skills using Salesforce and MH methodology (desirable)
