What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partners and other internal teams to execute on strategic initiatives, optimise inventory management, and maximise sales opportunities within your assigned accounts to achieve revenue and market share growth.
On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure that customer terms and support plans are executed in alignment with trading plans and budget growth objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and customer support, to ensure that contractual agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements are implemented effectively and consistently across key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, marketing, product management, and operations, to develop and execute account strategies aligned with the overall objectives of the Baxi organisation and that of our Strategic Partners.
• Establish and build strong relationships with regional and divisional sales teams within our key strategic partners. Foster collaboration and alignment between internal sales teams and partner organizations to drive mutual growth and success.
• Monitor budget utilisation and track spending against allocated funds for customer support, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities. Identify opportunities to optimise resource allocation and maximise ROI while staying within budget constraints.
• Utilise forecasting models and demand planning tools to generate accurate sales forecasts and inventory projections for your assigned accounts, ensuring that these back into our company KPIs, budget, growth targets, market share and company values.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales out data, and stock availability to proactively identify opportunities and risks. Work with internal teams to optimise stock allocation, replenishment cycles, and order management processes to ensure timely delivery and minimise stockouts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to review performance against targets, discuss upcoming promotions or product launches, and address any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with product management and merchandising teams to optimise product assortment and range management strategies based on customer demand and sales trends.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximise revenue and customer lifetime value.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the Head of Key Strategic Accounts on account performance, forecast accuracy, inventory management, and strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics relevant to your assigned accounts. Leverage this knowledge to anticipate customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and inform account strategies.
About you:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in account management or sales, with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
• Experience working with [specific industry or market segment] preferred.
• Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, inventory management principles, and supply chain processes is a plus
