This is a permanent full-time position, based at our Jolimont office (with flexible working arrangements).
What you'll be doing:
At Strata Town, we owe our future success to the responsive, friendly nature of our team. As a Strata Manager, or Senior Strata Manager, you’ll be connecting with owners of strata complexes in the Greater Perth region, as well as related industry connections. To help with our ongoing growth, we're seeking a highly process-oriented, customer focused individual who:
- Gets things done quickly and maintains a high standard – Efficiently address and resolve allocated tasks in a timely manner, while advising on all aspects of Strata Management.
- Is great at finding solutions - Resolve support requests within our 'Town Square' platform and proactively address potential issues within your diverse portfolio of strata schemes.
- Is tech Savvy - Retrieve general information from various platforms, including Property IQ accounting software to address client requests.
- Has a passion for people and great customer service – Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships both externally and internally.
