Your primary responsibility will be organising and scheduling maintenance of Council’s Stormwater Infrastructure, which will include traffic management, organising and liaising with sub-contractors and customers for reinstatement works. You will also learn to mentor the field staff and support Council’s project engineers to help deliver “good work” across the Auckland Region.
In addition to the above you will:

have a good level of physical fitness & can do attitude.

have a good understanding of profit and lost – cost and revenue.

be able to interpret and deliver against plans and have good attention to detail.

be self-motivated & driven to succeed.

be proficient with keeping accurate records in Council’s Job Management Tool, Stormport.

have a positive attitude towards maintaining a safe working environment.

We’re looking for someone with:
-
Be an Experienced Supervisor, Qualified Drain Layer or hold a Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
-
At least 5 years' experience working in the industry

Class 1 Drivers License
