  • Manage all warehouse processes.  
  • Align to and update when required the Delivery schedule for the week.
  • Keep all relevant onsite teams updated.
  • Ensure all shipments to and from the stores are logged efficiently. 
  • Ensure stock is stored and bin located correctly. 
  • Facilitate and Supervise stock counts. 
  • Check the Hub Vans daily and keep all relevant vehicle paperwork up to date.
  • Monitor all couriers when delivering and maintain a compliant process when doing so.
  • Ensure Hub floor is always clear and clean.
  • Facilitate annual service of the forklift.
  • Update weekly health and safety inspections on ERIKS Safety system.
  • Schedule and Facilitate store shelving inspections annually.
  • There is no line management responsibility, however, you will be supporting the hub manager with reporting
  • Delivery driving to our onsite locations across ROI

Working Hours:Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 16.30pmWeekly Hours: 40Breaks: 30 minAbout you:You will have strong general knowledge of stores operations and inventory management systems and principles and be understanding of best-in-class stores management, not to mention have appreciation and understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.Key skills & Experiences:

  • Previous experience working within a Stores environment
  • Efficiency in creating and managing schedules
  • Self-Managing and Self-Motivated
  • Full Driving License
  • Excel Knowledge
  • Team player with a desire to support other colleagues
  • Sets and maintains high standards of work, excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills, including written, oral, and presentational
  • A desire to look for improvements in a process
