As a Statistician Recruitment and Training Analyst, you will take an important part in the implementation of the necessary procedures for a centralized and uniform approach towards recruitment and training of statisticians. You will ensure that all recruitment practices as well as training material are up-to-date and will actively guide statisticians during their onboarding phase.
Main Responsibilities
Post and maintain statistician job ads across all necessary platforms.
Filter and review statistician candidates. Conduct interviews with shortlisted applicants.
Provide recruitment planning assistance to the Statistician Network Coordinators.
Profile creation and access management for new statisticians in all necessary platforms.
Monitor and analyze the efficiency of the training & onboarding process of statisticians.
Occasional communication with statisticians during their training/onboarding phase.
Coordinate the training and testing process of the statisticians.
Recheck of statisticians' training matches.
Creation and maintenance of all statistician training materials.
Monitor compliance regarding training and onboarding procedures across the network .
Prepare and conduct statistician workshops/seminars.
Preparation of periodic and one-off reports.
Requirements
Excellent command of the English language.
Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Data management skills and strong MS Office competence (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
Knowledge of the rules of Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and a variety of other sports
