Stevenson is on the lookout for a Stakeholder & Engagement Manager to join our team on a part time basis, offering flexibility to work either 3 days a week or during school hours. This role is ideal for someone who values work life balance and enjoys making a positive impact in a dynamic environment.

About you:

You are an experienced professional with a strong background in stakeholder management or community relations with strong understanding of engagement principles and conflict resolution techniques.  You will be a natural communicator, you excel at building relationships and thrive in collaborative environments. You are organised and proactive with the ability to work independently while managing multiple different priorities.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of effective stakeholder engagement in achieving business success. If you’re adaptable, resourceful and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table this role is the perfect fit for you!

What we need from you:

In this role you will take lead in managing community and stakeholder relationships across our sites ensuring transparency and trust are at the forefront. You will be the primary point of contact for community concerns and inquires, liaising with internal teams to address issues effectively.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing and responding to community complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Organising community events such as open days and liaison meetings.

  • Maintaining accurate records using tools like CAMS & salesforce.

  • Developing and implementing engagement strategies in collaboration with internal and external teams.

  • Work with the consent planner on future projects and be a point of contact through consenting stages.
