Internship overview:
As an Intern in the Supply Chain, you will be part of the S&OP team where you will work with demand planning, customer care and logistics team. This internship will offer a development experience both from an operational and strategic point of view. Also, you will work in a dynamic, diverse, and international environment.
During this internship, you are going to help the demand planning team to resolve supply chain losses and to improve some demand and customer care projects.
You are going to control with the logistic team some important KPI's, to improve our performance in terms of transport and customer service. You will support us as well on our tender execution phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning Project:
- Contribute to continuous improvement on our Supply Chain Loss Tool & Analysis (toxic stock). - Transport & Logistics Project:
- Implement a tool to follow up payments of our partners (transport and packing).
- Optimize the follow up of root cases on the delivery on time KPI and propose actions to improve customer care satisfaction. - Customer Service project:
- Run projects about orders taking digitalization.
- Continuous improvement of our order to delivery process : KPI's tracking, alert tools etc.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or other relevant fields with high interest in Supply Chain.
- Previous experiences in a professional context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomy, Proactivity, and Teamwork.

- Compensation: €1200 gross per month + 50% of transportation costs.
