MISSIONS DU POSTE :

  • Accueillir le client dans les codes et normes de la Charte d’Accueil du Spa et de l’établissement et en veillant à recueillir ses impressions et appréciations
  • Respecter toutes les procédures relatives à la prise en charge et au suivi de la clientèle en matière de gestion administrative de son dossier
  • Garantir l’efficacité des conseils et de la prise de rendez-vous (gestion optimale des planning de rendez-vous et de soins)
  • Effectuer la vente de produits cosmétiques et le conseil commercial sur l’ensemble des prestations de l’établissement selon les argumentaires spécifiés
  • Assure tous les aspects relatifs à l’accueil téléphonique et physique de la clientèle
  • Prend les réservations dans le Spa selon les normes et codes de l’établissement
  • Création des dossiers clients
  • Envoi de la confirmation de la réservation (E-mail -courrier- conformation en chambre…)
  • Accueille le client, lui remet le planning de sa cure, le commente avec lui afin de certifier la demande
  • Présenter le Spa et ses prestations au client et l’oriente
  • Consulte et traite les mails du Spa
