Job Description
The Paris office is looking for a full-time intern to join its Communications team for a period of 6 months.
Our teams work closely with our global network in order to offer a perfectly integrated service.
The intern will assist the Communications Team (made up of 4 people) in bringing external and internal communications projects to fruition for the firm:
- Organising events: cocktail events, dinners, client seminars, webinars, partnerships… (logistical organization, management of internal teams and maintaining a good relationship with suppliers);
- Creating content and publishing on social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Drafting pamphlets, brochures, social media postcards and adverts in line with the Company's visual identity (working closely with the graphic team);
- Press relations (media analysis, press releases, responding to journalists etc.);
- Internal communications (intranet news, newsletters, etc.)
- Diversity & Inclusion and Pro Bono initiatives
- Translations.
Qualifications
- You are a full-time university student, studying French (English is your mother tongue);
- You have a good command of software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
Qualities required: adaptability, resourcefulness, a hard work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, organisational skills, creativity and a team spirit.
You are interested in communication and curious to discover the different aspects of the field in an international law firm.
Availability: from January 2026 - 6 month-long internship.
