Overview:
- As a UX Designer, you'll create thoughtful design solutions that help users understand and interact with complex data.
- You'll work within our design system to ensure consistency while pushing our visual language forward.
- Your work will directly impact how users across the globe interact with Blue Yonder's applications.
Scope:
- We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join Blue Yonder's global design team in transforming our enterprise applications.
- In this role, you'll craft intuitive user experiences with a focus on data visualization, contribute to our design system, and collaborate with designers worldwide to shape the future of our products
Our current technical environment:
- Software: Figma, Jira, Adobe Products
What you’ll do:
- Create clear, intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization features
- Design user flows and interactions that simplify complex tasks
- Contribute to and maintain our global design system
- Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Work closely with product teams to understand user needs
- Create detailed design specifications and assets for development
- Collaborate with a global team of designers to ensure consistent experiences
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the design process
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and research findings
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design with a professional portfolio showcasing:
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience designing data visualizations and complex interfaces
- Ability to craft clear user flows and interactions
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience

The Anglian Water's @one Alliance is a partnership consisting of 8 companies, who each provide specialised knowledge allowing the @one Alliance to deliver complex delivery projects in the most efficient way, reducing the cost to Anglian Water’s customers.
Within @one Alliance we’ve currently embarked on a huge programme of work costing a massive £1.2 billion. We’ve entered year 5 of our current 5-year Asset Management Period (AMP7) meaning we’re full steam ahead in delivering around 50% of Anglian Water’s capital delivery projects.
Our partners are Anglian Water Asset Delivery, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB), SWECO, SKANSKA and MWH Treatment. Employees in the @one Alliance are employed across all our partner companies and work together to deliver complex programmes of work.
The @one Alliance is currently working on over 700 projects all designed to improve and expand the Anglian Water network to better serve existing customers and help ensure supply for future customers as well.
