As a Staff Technical Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in project management, team building, and strategic planning to lead teams in delivering high-quality software products. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring that our teams adhere to best practices and proven processes to achieve exceptional results.
As a Staff Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing project plans, lead and mentor teams, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation, gather and analyze business requirements
- Engaging with stakeholders, manage expectations, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. (Stakeholder and Risk Management)
- Monitoring budgets, control costs, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and industry regulations (Budget and Quality Control)
- Tracking project performance, address issues, and resolve conflicts. (Performance and Problem Solving)
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, analyze data, and support decision-making. (Process Improvement and Data Analysis)
- Collaborating on solution design, develop training materials, and deliver user training. (Solution Design and User Training)
- Implementing changes with minimal disruption to business operations. (Change Management:)

To be successful in this role you will require:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- Have Project Management: Strong skills in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Have Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software, hardware, networks, and system design principles.
- Have Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Have Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Have Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
- Have Experience with identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions.
- Have Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Be a self-starter who can achieve goals with minimal direction.
- Able to recognize patterns and complexity in problems, strategically planning how to execute programs by understanding how best to decompose to expose/protect against risk.
- Able to define product vision, lays out product roadmap, and maps current requirements to industry trends, analyzing competition trends.
- Be an Expert in Agile team dynamics and Lean Six Sigma. Guides Agile adoption, troubleshoots issues, and drives continuous improvement. Provides Lean/Agile training, eliminates team inefficiencies, and embraces new methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
