Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Platform

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI solutions that enhance Ridgeline’s platform capabilities. You’ll work on projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI Agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to address industry challenges. This is an opportunity to deliver impactful, production-grade AI solutions while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.

We prioritize innovation and continuous learning, utilizing tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and creativity.

What will you do?

• Design and develop robust AI systems that address investment management use cases.
• Implement LLM-driven solutions, including RAG workflows and AI Agents, in scalable environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into Ridgeline’s core platform.
• Optimize and evaluate models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in production settings.
• Stay updated on the latest AI advancements to maintain Ridgeline’s competitive edge.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing expertise in AI technologies and fostering growth within the team.
• Contribute to Ridgeline’s AI strategy by identifying emerging tools and techniques.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions, especially with LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with AI workflows on cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Understanding of AI Agent frameworks and practical implementations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to tackle ambiguous challenges.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.

Bonus

• Experience with Reinforcement Learning or AI for financial applications.
• Contributions to AI research or open-source projects.
• Familiarity with investment management processes and data.
• Experience building robust testing pipelines for AI Assistant and AI Agent Applications

Compensation and Benefits

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $140,000-$165,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
