Responsibilities:
- Advocate for Clearwater’s technical vision, strategy, and established standards for software systems.
- Measure and share the results of software teams and help them create improvement.
- Identify and remove systemic blockers to success.
- Establish best practices and processes that improve execution and collaboration on any team.
- Create alignment between multiple teams towards common standards and best practices.
- Influence the prioritization of the overall Clearwater roadmap.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or comparable experience.
- 12+ years of enterprise software development experience using a modern language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with designing and implementing distributed systems using a microservices architecture.
- Cloud expertise - Design systems based on AWS, cloud cost optimization.
- Good coding skills – specially Java and Puthon.
