Ridgeline is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Sales Operations & Strategy team. In this critical role, you will help shape how our industry-leading cloud platform for investment management is brought to market. By focusing on strategic initiatives, sales process optimization, and data-driven insights, you will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This role is a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration, employing tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and AI-driven analytics to ensure Ridgeline’s continued growth and impact.

As an early member of the team, you’ll be relied on to leverage your own vision, passion, and interests to help shape the strategy that will enable us to capitalize on the opportunity before us. What will you do?

  • Design and implement strategies in partnership with sales leaders to align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the asset management industry.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to uncover actionable insights, optimizing team performance and strategic direction.
  • Develop and oversee efficient sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota-setting.
  • Lead territory planning, CRM optimization, and sales system implementations to enhance sales operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and operational success.
  • Provide operational support for onboarding new sales team members and facilitating their success.
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as expanding into new markets or launching new products.
  • Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or a related analytical role.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and complex analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage and execute initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Background in SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth industries.
  • Proven success in driving sales efficiency and increasing revenue.
  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domain/problem space.
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Serious interest in having fun at work

Bonus

  • Experience designing sales territories, quotas, or incentive plans.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to drive data-driven sales operations and strategy.

Compensation and Benefits 

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $175,000 to $203,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.

In addition to the base salary, 100% of Ridgeline employees can participate in our Company Stock Plan subject to the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
