As our Staff Product Manager, Integrations Experience at Ridgeline, you will define and execute the technology and product vision to create a delightful experience for internal and 3rd party integration developers. You will deliver market-leading API and integration tooling, cultivate a thriving partner and application ecosystem, and facilitate the expansion of Ridgeline’s delivered integrations.


What will you do?

  • Develop and execute integration platform strategy, with a keen focus on extensibility usability, and rich domain-specific functionality
  • Own the end-user experience for integration configuration, management, and monitoring
  • Lead the vision and development of Ridgeline’s data import tooling, ensuring seamless data ingestion to support mission-critical large-scale data migrations.
  • Partner with engineering and Customer Experience teams to enhance observability and self-service capabilities within the data pipeline.
  • Contribute to a cross-functional, collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
  • Shepherd and grow Ridgeline’s integration partner ecosystem
  • Lead the analysis and recommendation of critical Build vs. Buy vs. Partner decisions to ensure a holistic, scalable solution with a long-term view in mind


Preferred skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related engineering disciplines
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years in an integration-oriented product management position or similar function, with strong familiarity with API and integration development processes.  
  • Experience designing and launching enterprise applications with agile development methodologies
  • Deep Technical knowledge of AWS cloud technology or similar technology platforms
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript or Python with some hands-on coding experience
  • Ability to partner effectively with colleagues from Product, Engineering, Design, QA, PMO, and DevOps.

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with embedded integration platforms (Flatfile, Workato,  Tray, etc.)
  • Experience mentoring and coaching new team members on tech stack, tooling, processes, and product strategy
  • Comfortable working with Slack, JIRA/Confluence, AWS, UI design tools, and Github
  • Experience with FinTech, asset or investment management applications

Compensation and Benefits 

Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
