Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalations from ORAN Tier I, resolving or escalating to ORAN Tier III for critical issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and improve processes with technical teams.
- Provide lead support to market teams for RF and RAN system troubleshooting.
- Engage and escalate issues with vendors for critical incident resolution.
- Monitor performance, conduct health checks, troubleshoot faults, and analyze traces.
- Manage outages, lead RCA analysis, participate in Sev 1 & Sev 2 bridges, and create vendor tickets.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BS or MS in Engineering or technical degree with 10 to 15 years of related experience in RAN ( Recent Open RAN experience is preferred)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for new technologies in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in 5G ORAN split functions, vRAN/ORAN architectures, and virtualized RAN functions.
- Strong understanding of RF radio operations, latency considerations, and network automation.
- Experience with LTE, VoLTE, 5G VoNR call flows, trace analysis, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, VMware, and large-scale virtualized network orchestration.
- Self-motivated, efficient multitasker, and collaborative team player.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $170,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
