Role Summary: 
Dexcom is seeking an IT Applications Project Manager to support multiple small to large sized projects in the APAC Region. The ideal candidate will have successfully led multi-disciplinary in-house and vendor teams across multiple technologies and in different timezones. They will relish working in a fast-paced business change environment that requires constant attention to prioritization and impeccable communication skills.  Hands-on management of projects using different development methodologies and delivering multi-platform enterprise application solutions is a must.

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will be able to:
•    You will lead prioritization of competing requirements and projects with business and IT stakeholders.
•    You will communicate with business partners as a conduit to IT.
•    You will support articulation of business processes that inform technical solutions.
•    You will lead Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical resources in requirements definition.
•    You will understand technical, resource, and schedule implications of business decisions.
•    You will work with technical leads to determine project timing and resourcing requirements.
•    You will set project scope, priorities, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
•    You will lead cross-functional project teams via project methodology (Agile, Hybrid) optimized for required deliverables.
•    You will drive execution of project deliverables.
•    You will present to IT, business function, and executive steering committees.
•    You will monitor execution and report status, risks, and issues.
•    You will manage all project change control activities.
•    You will develop and lead project teams to deliver initiatives on-time and on/under budget.
•    You will deliver solutions to requirements that provide efficiency and scalability to Dexcom.
 
What makes you successful: 

The successful candidate will have:
•    You have experience leading or working within Order to Cash related projects, such as Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
•    You have experience project managing Oracle Fusion/EBS and/or SalesForce implementations.
•    You have experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
•    You have experience with enterprise-level application projects and working with multi-discipline teams.
•    You have a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
•    You have strong strategic thinking skills; you understand business needs and bring proactive solutions to the team.
•    You have experience understanding business and technical activities to conduct Level of Effort analyses through bottom-up planning.
•    You have 4+ years of experience in an IT enterprise applications project management role.
•    You have 2+ years of experience in Agile project management.

Education:
•    You have a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
