The ADEF Team is hiring a Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
The key responsibilities of a Staff Test Engineer are as follows:
- Full test development of a breakthrough/derivative product.
- Works with design teams to implement Design for Manufacturing and/or Design for Testing (DFx) techniques.
- Resolve highly complex technical issues on ADC products.
- Works with Marketing, Fab, and Assembly teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Defines and implements full factory cost improvements.
- Finds breakthroughs that redefine the business.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Can fully lead a group of development engineers and test Leadership.
- Total understanding of test solutions on one or more test platforms.
- Can develop completely original test solutions for breakthrough products.
- Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related and progressive experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronics or any related field of study
- Ability to innovate that leads to patents or trade secrets.
- Developed Leadership skills.
- Manages talent as corporate assets.
- Create development plans for test engineers.
