Job Description:
- Desire good system level knowledge and experience in the Hydrogen Electrolyser System with strong technical knowledge and expertise on the various instrument/equipment in Electronics/ Electrical/Mechanical/Electro-Chemical domain.
- Able to understand the P&ID, SLD, Electrical wiring diagrams, Assembly drawings, BOM etc. to develop the technical documents (Work Instructions, Troubleshooting Guides, Procedures, SOP’s etc)
- Develop and release technical memos, product service bulletins for the repair or upgrade of products, and training material on product repair.
- Develop troubleshooting guide for all the auxiliary instrument (Pumps, Valves, Hydrogen Sensors, transducers, Dryer, UPS, Power Supply Units, RO units etc.) inside the Electrolyser System.
- Develop work instructions for all the design upgrades from engineering team through ECN (Engineering Change Notification) and FUR (Field Upgrade & Retrofit) and assist the field team to implement the upgrades at the customer sites.
- Develop documents for Installation & Commissioning procedures and check list for the Electrolyser system.
- Provide global technical support to the field technicians by answering technical questions, troubleshooting and resolving problems via phone, email, or in-person (if required)
- Able to work on shift basis (24/7) to extend the technical support to the global team.
- Participate in engineering project meetings regarding new products and provide feedback on serviceability and field concerns.
- Work cross functionally with members of NPI, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve the field issues.
Experience Required :
BE or B Tech in Electrical with 15-18yrs of experience in a Electrolyser Manufacturing organisation handling technical support or troubleshooting of H2 Electrolysers is required.
