Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 7+ years.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
  • Strong working experience in Consumer Goods Cloud, Lightning web component (LWC) and Force.com.
  • Expertise in Salesforce declarative features, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
  • Expertise in end-to-end Implementation and optimize Trade Promotion Management and Retail Execution.
  • Strong experience in KPI Configurations, RTR, Lightning web page and Rest API.
  • Experience in configuration setups, solution design and implementation of ACTPM.
  • Experience in implementing data modelling, object relationships, and data migration tasks within Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder configurations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices for process optimization.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and recommend their application to improve business processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to document technical specifications, solution designs, and coding standards.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code.
  • Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
  • Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
  • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
  • Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
  • Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
  • Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
  • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
  • Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
