Staff Data Scientist at a glance
We're seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join our agile, cross-functional team as a technical leader. As a Staff Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes, and serve as a mentor to junior data scientists, contributing to the expansion and development of our data science capabilities at Kraft Heinz.
What's on the menu?
• Lead complex data science projects from conception to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive business value.
• Develop, test, and deploy predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and design solutions
• Explore and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions
• Develop systematic approaches to deliver value-add solutions
• Create repeatable, interpretable, and scalable models and statistical products

• I have applied experience in data science or related field
• I have expertise in implementing ML and AI algorithms in Python and/or R
• I have fluency in SQL
• I have experience prototyping models using simulation and optimization software
• I have a strong understanding of machine learning, data wrangling, and exploratory analysis
• I have the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-impact results
• I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$115,000.00 - $143,700.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
