Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $65k-$70k
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!
Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to support our accounting team in managing daily accounting activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Record and enter accounting transactions for multiple entities
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable (A/P) processing and check payments
- Contribute to financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and payroll-related tasks
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with strong analytical skills
- Adhere to company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and ad-hoc projects
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (preferred)
