As they grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join the team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements and ensure that all financial data is accurate.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Assist with tax filings, audits, and financial reviews as needed.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Experience with financial audits and tax preparation.
