Job Description Summary

The Sr. Training Specialist, Change Management, will join the Change Management Center of Excellence and provide change and training support for global transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and special projects. This role will be responsible for conducting impact assessments, training needs analyses, stakeholder mapping, business readiness assessments, developing communication content and training materials. This role will also support the Sr. Director, Change Management by supporting, developing and implementing effective learning solutions for multiple programs. This individual will also assist with presentation development including videos/graphics. This individual will closely partner with colleagues from the business, the Learning & Development team, and external partners to drive program goals and individual behavior changes.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can juggle multiple priorities, will proactively make connections with colleagues across the business, has good project management skills and can make decisions even when there are areas of ambiguity. Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to take feedback to customize approach. Comfortable speaking to large groups (either in person or via web). Prior experience with eLearning software and a Learning Management System.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of change management and training strategies, plans, and deliverables
  • Develops instructional strategies, plans, and materials and content for training programs using effective instructional design methodologies and technologies. Partners with the Leadership & Development (L&D) team/HR/HRBPs for alignment.
  • Maintains training materials and updates as needed.
  • Creates and maintains projects plans to ensure timely delivery of training materials and programs.
  • Communicates training plans, activities, and outcomes to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Schedules, administers, and moderates learning webinars.
  • Assists with assessment administration.
  • Runs and analyzes reports to monitor learning activity and budget spend.
  • Transforms data into meaningful and engaging executive style summaries/presentations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and change management colleagues and business stakeholders to develop and implement change management and training plans, including partnering with the L&D team for effective training solutions.
  • Ensure consistency of change management and training approach, implement standard operating processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Personnel Development, Change Management, English, Communications, Psychology, Business, or Journalism   
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Change Management and Communications
  • Must be a team player; able to shift priorities as business needs change
  • Prior L&D Software – such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Captivate
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in achieving successful outcomes on all activities, ability to exercise good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $90,950.00 - $107,000.00
