What You'll Bring:
- Technical Institutes graduate or certificate holder or above in Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 3 years relevant experience in computer operation support
- Support knowledge and experience of MS office, Windows operating systems & Exchange Server
- Able to work under pressure
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operation systems and MS products
- Basic knowledge of cloud technology, network & security tools is an advantage
Impact You'll Make:
- Perform daily system operations, internal users and external customers help desk support, PC/Laptop/Network installation and maintenance, end user application support, data center operations support and non-office hour support
- End user computing and mobile device support
- IT inventory and assets management
- IT procurement and vendor management support
- Communicate with different parties including customers, service provider and office end-users
- Respond to end user/customer service ticket requests and technical support hotline
- Install and configure computer hardware and operating systems
- Develop and prepare support documentation and procedures for different supporting tasks
- Flexible working schedule (such as system maintenance work at night time)
- Vulnerability management and Security Remediation Support
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
