Your Challenges

Drive Sales Activities in Singapore, including sourcing for new Sales Opportunities and Account Management

Provide Bioprocess Application and Technical Support to regional sales office and distributors, direct

support to end customers through emails, phone calls or visit customers in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Korea as needed. The primary location of this role is Singapore.

Provide Bioprocess Sales Support including providing system configuration and product demo to customers and distributors.

Conduct bioprocess general and advanced products and sales trainings to Southeast Asia and Taiwan distributors
-
Provide post-sales end-customer training at installation sites include hands-on bioreactor training of fermentation or cell culture across Southeast Asia.

Support tradeshow/exhibitions in Singapore, Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

Conduct workshop and seminar for internal colleagues and customers/prospects.
-
Support beta tests and demo of new and 3rd party products at customer sites

Maintain and upkeep and operation of the bioprocess laboratory in SG.

This Job require overseas travel on an as-needed basis.
Your expertise
-
3 – 5 years’ experience in application support role
-
Bioengineering and Biotechnology experience, Bioreactor experience preferred
-
Minimum Bachelor degree in Life Science field, Masters /PhD in Life Science /Biotechnology preferred
