Job Summary

We are on the hunt for someone who loves a good challenge and works well under pressure to join our Project Management team at 3D Cloud. As a project manager, this individual will be working with the following teams:

• Merchandising: Responsible for Business Analysis, gathering and documenting SKU/product data and business rules from the client, and handoff to the Data & 3D team.
• Data: Responsible for data upload and product data management for client products (SKU’s).
• 3D/Realism: Responsible for the creation and/or management of any 3D assets (art) to be used in the application.
• Development/QA: Responsible for planning and maintaining scope and schedule for delivery of our SaaS solutions to our partners.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced Project Managers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure the delivery of our 3D Cloud platform solutions and work throughout the project life cycle to validate that solutions are properly scoped, designed, implemented, and tested to meet the client's business needs
• Receive client objectives and convert them into requirements for the development team.
• Create 3-week sprint project plans and lead sprint review to discuss what has been done, how it went and what can be improved
• Communicate and document requirements clearly and consistently across teams.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings with developers and QA, to discuss goals and any roadblocks the team is facing
• Meet with the customer success team to discuss progress, timelines, budgets, and business rules
• Provide demos to clients as needed
• Lead check-in calls with clients
• Must be able to work with various team members and deliver feedback in a positive, supportive manner
• Meet regularly with project team members and sponsors to review status and issues
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Ensure all required documentation and deliverables for the project are met.
• Able to identify, document, communicate and mitigate risk

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or equivalent
  • 5+ years previous work experience as a Project Manager with either front-end or back-end development
  • Professional experience with JIRA and Agile development
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
  • Possesses excellent project management and systems development life cycle skills including scope and issue management, schedule management, and deliverable oriented delivery.
  • Possesses the ability to develop estimations, including the work steps and effort hours
  • Is able and willing to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities
  • Self-starter who requires minimum supervision and adapts easily to changing work environments, requirements, and able to jump in to unblock projects
     
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional project management experience working in one of the following areas: AR/VR, Video game development, or Mobile development
  • Passion for AR/VR industry
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
  • Must reside in an eligible 3D Cloud work state in the U.S. (We do not currently employee in: California, Colorado, New Jersey, Washington, or New York)
