In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating products such as software applications, mobile apps, hardware devices and digital platforms, ensuring functionality, usability, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to gather requirements refine user stories, conduct research, and provide valuable insights to drive product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and define product features, functionalities, product goals and objectives and create and refine features and stories.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
- Monitor product performance and conduct regular quality assurance testing to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure product performance, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for product innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on product enhancements and bug fixes.
- Assist in the development and execution of product launch strategies, including training materials and customer support documentation.
- Provide support to internal teams and external customers, addressing inquiries and resolving product-related issues.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree - Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Technology Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or Related - Preferred
Years of Experience:
- 3 years - Technical Support, Functional Specification Writing, User Acceptance Testing or Related - Minimum
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall & Agile (Scrum)
- 2 Years - The financial core technology, Symitar Episys, operations, lending, finance, member service or related - Preferred
- Experience with Hyland OnBase, SMA OpCon, Microsoft .NET, and Help Systems GoAnywhere
In Lieu of Education:
- 7 Years - Technical Support, Functional Specification Writing, User Acceptance Testing or Related
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $87,100 - $123,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
