Sr. Technical Consultant1Required Qualifications:

• 8- 9 years of hands-on NetSuite development and architecture experience.

• Experience in working with NetSuite support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and SuiteBuilder.

• Good knowledge of business processes and have good understanding of customer conversion process in NetSuite

• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications using middleware such as Celigo, Dell Boomi

• Deep understanding of NetSuite modules, workflows, and customization capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable NetSuite solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.

• Lead technical architecture and system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity with third-party applications and internal systems.

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk for customizations and automation.

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Optimize NetSuite performance and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

• Lead and mentor development teams in NetSuite best practices and technical guidance.

• Manage and enforce data governance, security policies, and compliance requirements within NetSuite.

• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates, releases, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with users to understand their reporting requirements 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements, analyze business problems.

• Participate in the planning, implementation, estimation and monitoring of system integration and deploying objects.

• Build custom solutions for the business users and create reusable components with JavaScript.

• Work on data flow and architecture to identify root causes of system issues.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve processes and tools.

• Attend internal meetings including knowledge transfers, mentoring sessions for less experienced resources.

• Contribute to Practice level initiatives

• Groom and mentor the team

• Flexible to work in different time zones.
