Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our semiconductor data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of master data throughout the semiconductor manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support critical business decisions.
1 .Data Management and Analysis:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries to support the semiconductor master data ETL processes.
Perform root cause analysis on data-related issues and implement corrective actions to resolve data inconsistencies.
2.ETL Tool Development and Maintenance:
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to design and develop the ETL tool tailored to semiconductor master data requirements.
Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to streamline data integration from multiple systems.
Continuously monitor and optimize ETL processes to improve performance and reliability.
3.Reporting and Visualization:
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into master data quality and trends.
Develop and implement data visualization tools to support decision-making processes.
4.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the ETL tool and data analysis methodologies.
5.Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards.
Document data workflows, procedures, and best practices to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
