As a Sr P&C Specialist you will be responsible for the complete employee life cycle. From onboarding, providing guidance around HR policy and process, supporting other HR team members, and answering general HR queries to employees to employee offboarding. We are searching for a team member with a positive mindset in our modern office with an informal and friendly atmosphere in Karlin. A day in the life…

  • Providing the best HR support to our employees
  • Responsible for employees' onboarding and offboarding
  • Creating and amending HR documents, including employment contracts
  • Organize and maintain personnel records, ensure timely and accurate entry of data in HR tables
  • Support the onboarding process by performing reference checks and running presentations for new hires
  • Management of medical examinations and mandatory trainings
  • Answering employees' queries and directing them to the right channel if needed
  • Assist with the administration of company benefits
  • Handle work permits and visa processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and supporting employees throughout the process.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records, ensure timely and accurate entry of data in HR trackers, systems, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices and assist

Your Skills And Experience

  • Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or relevant HR/administrative position
  • English at level C1 and advanced Czech/Slovak
  • Knowledge of the Czech labor code is a must
  • Reliable and independent.
  • Always positive with a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new things and constantly automate HR processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related is an advantage.
