Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required. 

Work Experiences:

  • 4+ years of related experience required, including at least 3 years of experience in facilitation. 
  • Two or more nationally recognized learning certifications preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to expertly facilitate learning and manage the experience in all methods of delivery for all levels of the organization
  • Excels at learning new skills and adapting to ever changing environments
  • Strong application of adult learning principles and curriculum development
  • Ability to strategically anticipate, plan, and implement solutions in a timely manner by driving results through others
  • Exhibits innovation in instructional design, development, and facilitation strategies
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform assigned job duties
  • Flexible to travel and be on the road for periods of time For store related positions:  Available to travel for extended periods of time
  • Ability to remain flexible in job duties as business needs require
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Manages projects and programs with high scope and complexity to ensure timely execution of high quality deliverables while adhering to all deadlines.
  • Designs and implements strategic learning and development programs which include multi-faceted learning strategies, creating of internal curriculum using a variety of platforms, and monitoring of internal project teams.
  • Partners with vendors to plan learning solution needs and negotiates contract and pricing.
  • Supports accurate budget forecasting by managing resource orders within budget planning.
  • Takes the lead in grooming SMEs to deliver knowledge and facilitate learning in their area of expertise.
  • Builds and nurtures partnerships and mentors peers by providing coaching to strengthen business acumen, facilitation, and overall professional presence.
  • Conducts needs analyses and advises internal and external stakeholders on learning solutions in order to meet business objectives.
  • Develops cost effective solutions, evaluates alternatives, and collaborates with internal and external business partners and subject matter experts to confirm requirements and acceptance. 
  • Consistently applies adopted project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Identifies and uses learning program key metrics and feedback to calculate and maximize the organization’s ROI/ROE.
  • Learns and follows company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rules
  • Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assigned
