Yahoo is looking for a dynamic, strategic, savvy digital media professional who can dive in and immediately add value by driving revenue and increasing client investment. Your professional demeanor and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills make you an expert in building relationships with external clients and driving cross-functional cooperation with internal teams. Responsibilities:
Serve as the advertiser's point-of-contact for all campaign-related inquiries from start to finish of the campaign lifecycle by owning tasks and leveraging support teams. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Serve as the primary post-sale contact for clients in a designated book of business.

Work closely with all cross-functional teams (sales, project management, product, finance, etc.) to provide outstanding service for Yahoo's premier clients, ensuring that our advertising solutions meet client needs and assisting them in completing campaign execution processes.

Have an understanding of digital advertising products, including Reserved Ads, Native Ads, and other programmatic ads, while maintaining deep expertise and knowledge of all programs managed through our platforms.

Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional partners on proposal development, optimizations, presentations, selling new business, and assisting with up-selling existing clients.

Monitor and influence campaign delivery, troubleshoot and escalate delivery issues, and provide optimization/up-selling opportunities for campaigns

Oversee I/O processing, campaign setup, and creative submission via partner teams.

Propose and drive system enhancements based on business needs, collaborating with technical teams to lead system update projects, including requirement analysis, planning, execution, testing, and final deployment.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of all internal systems and auxiliary partner teams to respond to general and specific client requests

Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Yahoo Advertising Products and internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests, including billing inquiries, campaign performance, delivery inquiries, etc.

Understand how Yahoo products and programs will assist brands in reaching their marketing goals.
Qualifications:

BS/BA or equivalent experience
-
3-5+ years of digital advertising experience, with a background working with clients and/or in a client services role.

Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising performance metrics(CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI.. etc.). Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on client objectives.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

Outstanding computer skills including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), and ppt

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.

Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team
